Let’s Get Started!
The first step is to complete the Request For Proposal. It takes only a few minutes to identify the specific Club assets to include in your study. You will receive your complimentary Proposal shortly thereafter.
We will then contact you to schedule convenient inspection dates for the on site visual inspection, interviews with key Club staff and review of financial and architectural records.
You will receive your Preliminary Report copies within four weeks after the inspection and have up to three fiscal quarters to review the report.
Club Capital Planners - The CAP Contents
Your Capital Asset Plan first identifies the history and existing condition of each asset.
Your CAP next identifies the remaining service life and costs for repair and replacements for each asset.
Your CAP then summarizes these individual costs to create the recommended annual capital budget for each of the next 20 years.
Your CAP contains:
- Capital Asset Inventory spreadsheet
- Capital Asset Management spreadsheet
- Explanatory narratives our recommendations and
- Digital photographs
